Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Networked with several analysts on the recruiting team for University of Virginia. The recruiting team selects around 10-15 people to attend superday, no prior interviews were conducted (selection based off of networking calls). Got superday email and next week they flew us out to NYC for in-person interviews. Consisted of a morning (30 min) technical interview. Candidates left to go get lunch, and the recruiting team cut about half after the technical round. I received a call back after lunch and came back to office for 2 30 min behavioral. Not bad. Office culture seemed top tier.
