Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. It began with an initial phone screening, followed by a first‑round behavioral interview. The second round was a technical interview, which included a 30‑minute session where I presented a 15‑minute slide deck developed from data provided 48 hours in advance. The final step was a behavioral interview with the Partner who would lead my account. Overall, the interviews were well structured, and follow‑up communication was very prompt. All three interviewees were approachable and kind. They were all receptive to my questions about opportunities for growth and continuous learning.

Interview
The interview process went well. Multiple rounds of interviews each consisting of at least 2 separate interviews with different people. Case study for this role was unrelated to the work I would be doing for the role itself. I was interviewing for the healthcare segment, and had a hospital M&A case study. Later found out that the role was specifically tech implementation, which I was less interested in. The interviews were difficult to schedule. The HR scheduler had little knowledge of the interviewers schedules and it was overly complicated getting each stage on the calendar. I had multiple interviews delayed at the last minute etc.

I had an interview for Guidehouse. The recruiter reached out to me and asked if I would be interested in the Commercial Finance space.
Interview Questions
They asked me what the most difficult piece of feedback I had ever gotten was. They also asked me if I had experience with fixed fee projects which I did before because of my work with nonprofit clients. Then also asked if I was familiar with SQL and I answered to what my SQL experience was.
