The interview was mostly conversational and gave me an understanding of the role. In that sense, I believe it was done like so to gauge my ability to fluidly interact with professionals and carry myself properly. The individual I spoke to was very helpful in providing insights on the firm and recommending me to speak to other people in the firm after the interview.

Interview
I submitted my resume and transcript through the Town Hall office, and was then contacted for an interview by the Executive Director at Guttenberg Housing Authority. The interview was simple and consisted of behavioral questions as well as questions about my resume. There were no trick questions or anything I did not know the answer to.
Interview Questions
There were no extremely difficult or unexpected interview questions. I was asked to give examples of times that I needed strong time management skills in order to handle multiple tasks. He also asked me about my experiences working in teams. Perhaps the toughest question was about leadership skills and to give specific examples of how I needed to use them in order to accomplish a particular task or achieve a certain goal, whether it be at a previous job, in the classroom, or in an extracurricular activity.
