Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was mostly conversational and gave me an understanding of the role. In that sense, I believe it was done like so to gauge my ability to fluidly interact with professionals and carry myself properly. The individual I spoke to was very helpful in providing insights on the firm and recommending me to speak to other people in the firm after the interview.
