Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process was very thought out and easy. HR contacted me about a week after applying for the role then had a phone interview with two associates who had been at the firm for a few years. 2nd round consisted of sending a previous writing sample and with another associate and MD of the research team. Overall, everyone was very nice and responsive. Was not able to make it past the 2nd round.
