Overall, I was an extensive process in my opinion. There, was a total of 3 interviews. The first interview was a phone interview with an analyst in SF. The second was a phone interview with an associate. The third was an interview with members in the NY team. Nearly all behavioral questions. Overall, I was impressed with the firm, but one thing that I realized is that the firm has a quota on male/female hires. Actually even if your more qualified then a female applicant the firm will still hire the female due to the CEOs 50/50 policy, which she openly said. So, overall, if your a guy, I would advise not applying to this firm unless you have an ivy league degree or go to a semi-target school, because the odds are stacked against you based on the quota hiring system.
