Analyst Development Program

The process begins with OCR where you'll have a 2-on-1 interview. Very fit based so you need to have your story down and have good answers to "why Hamilton Lane." The Superday consists of a cocktail networking event the night before and then 10-15 separate interviews the next day with a variety of topics, ranging from math/logic to some very off-the-wall brainteasers and lateral thinking questions.
