Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round is a phone interview that is mostly technicals. After that call, the next day you have a 45 min case study then a 15 min presentation. After that is a superday at their HQ, Richmond, with 2 people - mine was an associate and VP. This interview is mostly behaviorals like "Why HW", "Why Richmond", "Why IB", with some critical thinking questions as well. Overall the last interview is mainly to see if they would enjoy working with you.
