Analyst

Got in touch with head of analyst recruiting through college recruitment. Most students get introduced through the summer bootcamp in Richmond, but they also do some full-time hiring if they are growing. After first rounds, final was in person super day with 2-3 different rounds: one DCF model test, 1 behavioral rounds, and 1 more case oriented round. Also had casual lunch with two analysts.
