Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got into contact with a HW HR/recruiting person via networking. This opened door for a first round which was a 45 min zoom call with a VP (Initial out reach was 3 months before first round). The second and final round was a super day at the HQ in Richmond which consisted of two case studies with presentations afterwards, a lunch interview and a regular interview. Everyone was super friendly and they made the whole process very enjoyable.
