Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On campus recruiting, went through coffee chats sophomore spring then another set of coffee chats in the fall followed up with a company presentation at our school. Applied through Handshake, got a 2 on 1 30 minute interview and was done. Had a dinner with interviewers the day before. Interview was 60/40 technical and behavioral. Heavily focused on culture and how connected you are throughout the process (love to see early engagement) so I had been in contact with people throughout sophomore year to junior fall. Technicals were basic with a small case study type question at the end on how multiples may be vary in different contexts.
