The Firm offered an information session and a cocktail hour later in the night. They announced interviews a day or two later. Interview took place with 2 analysts for about 45 minutes. About a week or two later, I received notice that I did not get the offer. Both the recruitment team and the analysts were very professional and friendly. It was mostly a conversation although obviously they wanted you to take it seriously. I believe about 20% of students from my school that interviewed received an offer.
