What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had an on campus interview with two associates. One focused on behavorials, other on technicals. Both were very nice. The one asking about technicals did drill into a few of my answers. Mostly focused on accounting/valuation. Nothing on merger models. Also, must know about their deals. They are a middle market bank so they’ll want to know why middle market? Didn’t end up moving on but overall good experience.
