Investment Banking Analyst

Process began at an on-campus information session where I made initial contact with the recruiter. Later in the month, they invited a group of students to a local bar for drinks and a chance to meet some bankers. I was selected for a phone interview and was then flown to a Superday. The first interview was a technical skills test where I was given a laptop and was told to build out an three statement model using a template. Then, two junior bankers came in and went through my assumptions and outputs with me. Then I interviewed with two bankers at a time for 6-7 interviews.
