Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had an on-campus interview and then a Super Day. They seemed to be extremely laid back people. Based on my experiences with networking with current analysts/associates there, the firm seems to have an incredible culture. Everyone enjoys going to the office because of the positive work environment. I've heard a lot from current and former employees that Managing Director's will seriously go to bat for you when you are going through private equity recruiting.
