Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Heavy networking with alumni, and cold emailing ended up getting me put in touch with recruiter. Following a phone call with recruiter I had a phone interview (mostly fit with a few basic technicals) and then notified next day I would be brought in for a super day the following week. Super day was 3 interviews all 2-1 with a variety of analysts, Associates, VP and and MD. 2 of the interviews were fit and situational based and 1 was technical with all the common questions asked.
