Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process consisted of 12-15 coffee chats with current bankers. Mine were all with alumni from my MBA university. Then the extended 1st round interviews which consisted of technical questions as well as behavioral questions. Then once you got passed that was the super day which was a case study where you put yourself in the shoes of an associate and came up with questions to ask the CEO of a company that you are a sell side advisor to. Then sit down with an MD and discuss why you chose to ask certain questions.
