1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My interview was around 45 minutes and held with a director and was a mix of behavioral/technical questions. The first 15 minutes were - walk me through your resume, why Richmond, and a couple "Tell me about a time when..."
Moving to the technical - they were pretty straight forward if you studied the IB 400 but need to focus more on the private equity. Also had a question looking at 2 IS and had to figure out which one was a manufacturing company and which was a service company and how you came to that conclusion.
