Summer Bootcamp Analyst

I attend a target school for HW&Co. I had been attending their information sessions since my freshman year and began actively networking with analysts and associates that worked their since the summer before my junior year in college. The recruitment process is fairly typical--there were a couple information sessions with cocktail receptions. The interview was an hour-long. Fairly balanced between behavioral and technical questions. The interviewers had me walk them through a DCF, LBO, and trading and transaction comps. And then asked me some questions on how the financial statements are linked. They were both really nice guys interviewing me and after I accepted the offer I received at least a dozen emails and phone calls congratulating me.
