Please describe the interview / hiring process.
- Networked with an Alumni at Firm via the phone call prior to arriving on Campus (was put in touch by MBA career services).
- Attended on campus presentation and reception (spoke with 4-5 bankers in a group cocktail setting).
- Completed 3 1-on-1 coffee chats virtually with current associates.
- Signed up for and attended their MBA Veteran Summit in Richmond. Included a dinner and 6-hour presentation/workshop at their Richmond office (hotel and transportation covered by firm).
- Applied through early veteran process, received 1st round interview.
- Completed a 45-minute 1st round interview virtually with an associate and VP.
- Invited to attend 2nd round/super day in Richmond.
- Attended and completed superday in their office. Included a behaivoral/technical interiview with two associates. Also included a case study (involved analyzing a teaser and coming up with key questions for the deal team to ask the seller).
