Please describe the interview / hiring process.
MBA Summer Associate recruitment. Began in September at an on campus Banking event. Harris Williams came back to campus 2 more times, one for a company presentations and the other for informal interviews. Invited for round 1 interviews about a month after this process began. Made strong connections at the Company Presentation that turned into multiple coffee chats and the invite. Waiting on Superday invite.
