I was sent a first round interview after attending an on-campus event. I had several coffee chats with junior bankers, who then referred me to get into the process. The first round was an interview over teams with 2 bankers. After my first round interview, I was sent a super day invitation for the next week, which was to be in-person. After the super day I received the offer the next day.

Harris Williams came back to campus 2 more times, one for a company presentations and the other for informal interviews. Invited for round 1 interviews about a month after this process began. Made strong connections at the Company Presentation that turned into multiple coffee chats and the invite. Waiting on Superday invite.
