Interview
I got the interview through the career officer at my university. The process was smooth and relaxed.
Interview Questions
The most important question is to present a model. I presented the ARIMA model and supported it with codes in python.

I was also asked a question is C++. I was asked to explain the purpose of the map method. Then I was asked to present the different coding projects that I have been involved in.

The interview questions are spontaneous and depend on the quantitative subject you decide to bring up. The most important thing is to definitely know the models you are presenting. Overall, the questions were not too hard.

Interview
1. They picked me from my program's resume book
2. One video interview with a trader and programmer
3. A project to back-test a trading strategy. They provided you with instructions and data. You have 1 day to do it either in C++ or Python
Interview Questions
Usually companies do not give you projects to do in interviews. I did not expect it. The project was to develop and back-test a pretty straightforward trading strategy on commodities. They provided you with some instructions to begin and the raw tick data which you would need to process and clean. The data file was really big, about 4GB. The requirements on the back-test result consists of some risk metrics and trading signals. You also need to write a mini report to explain your think process.
