1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First interview face to face with recruitment agency. Second interview with recruitment agency on technical questions. Last and final interview with company for an hour and a half. Two people present: Head of division and an analyst. Tested on motivation by the senior and on technical questions by the analyst.
