Please describe the interview / hiring process.
To be honest, having very unmotivated interviewers didn't help at all. It was like, they were done with their day - and since I wasn't an Business/Econ major, they weren't able to comprehend why I wanted to be in Finance and sorta put me down for it. All three of them were Business or Econ majors.
