Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Screening call with two VPs followed by 90 minute model test. In-person super day with ~10 interviews including mix of VP and Principal, ending with Associate conversations. Majority focused on technical questions (deal experience, market sentiment, what industries are you bullish/bearish on) with mix of qualitative and HIG-specific items (sentiment on the strategy, why HIG).
