Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process began with an LBO modeling exercise, followed by a series of phone calls where the interviewers asked technical finance questions. Subsequently, I flew out to the office for a SuperDay, and met everyone in the office. Additionally, they took me out to breakfast and lunch as well. It was a really great experience and I got to know the entire team! It made it easy to accept.
