Just like with any other private equity firm in the banking -> PE recruiting cycle, they used a headhunter to reach out to a number of people and I was in their first cycle. First round was just two back-to-back phone interviews, which was followed by an in-person modeling test and then a superday in Miami that lasted a full day.
