The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

They seemed to be waiting for the majority of applications to come in before they sent out interviews. Once interviews are out the process went reasonably quickly - I did 6 rounds of 1-on-1 (3 rounds each for 2 teams) in less than 2 months. Number of interviews will depend on the team (some like to chat for 1-2 more rounds) and the candidate (might get additional rounds / reallocated to other teams' processes if he/she is good but not quite cut it).

Interviews incl. advanced technicals, deal discussions, industry knowledge, stock pitch, brain teasers, etc. No extensive case study was given to my Class due to recent changes in recruiting process & timeline (previous years did have case studies).
