Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interviewing process is extremely long as Hillhouse generally want the candidate to meet everyone in that sector team as well as related industry partners for cross checking. I had 10 rounds of interview including a 48 hour case study with presentation (Full LBO and 30 page deck). The interview questions consist of behaviroal and motivation, deal experience, accounting technical, and paper LBO. The interviewers will try to dig in details to grill you on the deal experience
