Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round: Analyst and VP, fit and techs. Definitely blew a couple of the techs, but I guess they liked my fit answers, so I moved on.
Technicals test: FAS is weird, and they make you take this hour and a half long technicals test. It's all stuff from the M&I techs guide, but if you don't know what your shit, you're gonna get raped. Lots of accounting, too, basically creating 3 financial statements from set of data, and some financial stuff.
Super day: Interviews with associate, VP, director. All fit. Guys were chill, we talked some sports.
Outcome: I was extended an expliding offer the same day.
