Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was fairly straightforward: applied through OCR, got a first round phone screener within a week. Called back the next day to be invited to a Superday for the following week. Phone screener was a one-on-one assessing a mix of culture fit and interested and knowledge about the sector. Superday started with a sit-down written exam on accounting and finance (about an hour), and then consisted of several one-on-one and two-on-one interviews with members of the firm at various levels of seniority. There was lunch provided in the middle with an opportunity to network with analysts while eating. Got the call back for the decision within 3 days, with about a week given for the exploding offer.
