Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had another superday earlier on in the week and leveraged this to get one at HL (risky move because sometimes the firm will wait to see if you get the other offer you mentioned before giving you a superday), but luckily I had very good conversations with people at HL so they decided to schedule me ASAP for a first round. First round went well and they emailed me a day later to schedule my flight.
