Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Reached out cold to an Analyst at the firm. I had an an informational interview with him before being referred to an Associate and later a VP that gave me phone interviews. That led to a Super Day. Super Day was 8 interviews over 4 hours. Some were 1 on 1 and some were 2 on 1. Questions at SuperDay were from the guides. There was a simple 5 question math test that had to be completed in 2 minutes. One interview gave you simple merger model information and asked you to walk through how to get to new EPS. Other than that questions were across DCF, Precedent Transactions and Public Comps mostly with a high level overview of an LBO as well.
