Please describe the interview / hiring process.
the first 2 interviews were with analysts and were extremely technical, then 3rd interview was also with an associate and was a balance between technical and behavior questions, then 1 vp interview which was mainly about my background and motivation, and then an LBO modeling test, then finaly MD interview which was kind of like a conversation rather than an interview (behavioral and motivation only)
