Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was generally pretty informal. Some technical and behavioral questions mixed in, but primarily learning about me and learning about the group. I had 3 interviews with 2 conversations prior to the formal interview process. The interviews were roughly 30-45 min each and I had an interview with every level above associate.
