The people at HL are great. Very amenable and willing to help. I would definitely recommend getting an internal recommendation in order to move forward in the process and have an edge. Interviews were all online. First with HR, second with VP. Very easy going, but make sure to be cool, calm and collected when answering technical questions. This is what tripped me up and I fumbled over an easy answer. Would recommend to others and from interacting with the team, seems like good culture on the consumer and tech side.
