I got into contact with an MD at their FIG group and after the initial screening, he passed on my resume to their industrials group.
First interview was on the phone with an Associate and then I got a call to come into their Chicago offices where I interviewed with an Associate and a VP and then with an MD. I got called into their NYC office to interview with the initial MD because he wanted to see if I wanted to join his group.
