Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a basic phone interview, then flew out to LA for a full day of interviews with most of the team. Mix of technical and fit questions. Some case-type questions. Nothing too different from the interview guides. I was recommended by several people in a different office and have prior experience, so that might have made my interviews easier. Analyst interviews tend to be very technical. And always plan on more difficult interviews from analysts vs. more senior bankers who care most about fit.
