Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Highly disorganized process. I was put in touch with the Dallas-based, Healthcare vice president (K.J.) after speaking with an external recruiter. The VP led the process and opened up with a pitch as to why the group now has a great culture. It was an unprompted comment and certainly raised red flags. After a round of phone interviews and a case study I met with the team in Texas in what could only be described as a botched 6-hour game of musical chairs (IT problems, candidates showing up for the same interview, no lunch because of mismanaged scheduling). The picture they tried painting seemed pretty disingenuous. Enough research and conversations with former colleagues led me to conclude the culture there is still a mess.
