Financial Advisory Services Analyst

Applied online via Houlihan Lokey's careers website for a Financial Advisory Services - Financial Analyst position in New York. I received an email a week later asking if I would be open to an opening in Chicago. After responding yes, I had a first round phone interview with a VP. Interview was simple and only lasted 20 minutes and consisted of purely behavioral questions. A week and a half later an FAS VP emailed me asking me to come in for a second round interview in Chicago. Second round interviews consisted of 5 interviews, each 30 minutes long. First was with a VP and Analyst, second and third were with Associates, fourth with an MD, and the fifth was with a Director. Interviews were half technical and half behavioral.
