Financial Analyst

I submitted my resume through our on campus recruiting portal. I was contacted for an initial phone screen. The initial screen was done via phone and was just a basic walk through of my resume, as well as a basic accounting question (what happens when depreciation goes up by 10). For the next (and final round), I was flown out to Minneapolis. We had a Friday dinner, followed by interviews Saturday. There was an initial 30 minute written test, then many 20 minute interviews the next morning. You would meet with the more senior professionals one on one and the analysts / associates in groups. After all the interviews, we had a trivia game, followed by lunch and then went home. I was called before I landed and spoke to the Company the next morning (Sunday) to receive my offer, which I had till that Wednesday to accept.
