Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The firm posted on the school's career management site (Richard Ivey School of Business) for the Financial Analyst (Investment Banking Analyst) position. Two areas within the business were available, financial restructuring (FRG) and corporate finance. I applied for FRG by submitting a CL, Resume and Transcripts. I was also required to fill out the form on the website under careers. Within one week, I received an email from my school that I had been selected for a 1st round interview with HL, and that it would be an online video conferencing based interview. Walked into a room, with the camera already set up. About a week after the interview, I heard back, unfortunately I was not selected for the final round in Minneapolis.
