First round was a phone screen with a Sr. hiring manager just asking behaviorals. One question (what's your dream job) caught me off guard, but I responded by saying acting as a sell-side advisor on a big M&A deal, which I think they liked. Next round was a one on one with a VP in the group, who focused more on technicals. I messed up my explanation for WACC so I didn't make it to the next round, but overall the experience was fine and not too hard.
