Financial Restructuring Summer Analyst

Houlihan has you interview with a director level employee of their firm. They run over your resume fairly quickly, asking about specific things that they are curious about. They will then go into a fairly long case problem or series of case problems. These questions are regarding financial accounting statements. The questions are not too complex beyond the normal IBD technicals, but you are expected to know all of them at once, rather than a few teaser questions. You are also expected to know about the bankruptcy process, the differences between chapter 7 and chapter 11 for example.
