Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a 30 minute screening/interview, then was given model test which involved building out DCF and LBO from the financial statements (assumptions provided). It is proctored and you are given 5 hours to do this. Then, interviews with Associates. Walk me through resume and deals you've been on. From there, I advanced to Superday. Superday was much of the same, analysts asked a few technicals, but almost everything was behavioral given I already passed the model test. Everything went great, was told by Juniors I had the job, but then seniors decided to hire someone else. Really enjoyed everyone I met and seemed like a great group.
