IB Analyst

Started off with an on campus interview that was held by an associate. Guy was pretty chill and seemed to enjoy where he was at. I got invited to the super day and met many people people at the office and soon realized that this place was not a good environment to work at. The people seem to be really prissy and for a middle market firm, I don't think thats the appropriate culture. The Directors had this swag to them where it seemed like they were disregarding your time. Overall, really happy that I met more people and was able to surely deny the offer.
