Assessment skills test like personality and IQ
R1: 1-on-1 with associate who asked me behavioral and very basic techs like P&L, EV/Equity Value, valuation, and some accounting concepts like NWC
Superday: 3 back to back 30 min interviews (2 behavioral and 1 fully tech). Tech interview was def a harder such as DCF breakdown, industry knowledge, and mini case study that included adjusted EBITDA, multiples, etc.
