What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Drop for an interview through OCR, and then you go though the normal interview process. Was a 2 on 1 interview and the questions they asked in the first round were incredibly basic. For a 30 minute time slot, they spent 15 minutes pitching me how awesome it would be to work there. The talent clearly was not on the same level.
