Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview started with a phone screen with an Alumni from the school, the alumni contacted student specifically interested in HL, they have a good presence regarding OCR in the top TX schools. Pretty behavioral but some basic technicals thrown in as well just to test the water. After that moved on to a first-round interview conducted by phone again. Heavily technical with a big emphasis on LBO knowledge and accounting. Did not move forward in the process due to sponsor complications (international student).
